Snipe Hunt Demo

Important!  To launch in VR mode you must make a shortcut to the game and add the argument  --enable-vr to the end of it.  It should look something like:

"C:\[Path]\Snipe Hunt\x64\Snipe Hunt.exe" --enable-vr

Snipe Hunt is a puzzle horror game built around exploring a maze for clues.  Mazes and clues are procedurally generated so memorizing the layout will not help.  Track down clues in the maze to discover what sort of monster you are dealing with so you can bring the right bait to lure it into a trap to capture it.

There are three types of clues to find.

1. Footprints - Scattered throughout the maze will be footprints.  You can run a test on them using the reagent vials you can pick up from the shed.  A test might cause the footprints to react.  If they do they will either start smoldering or glowing.  Not all footprints will react.
2. Remains - Scattered throughout the maze will be remains.  You can take a bone from the pile and bring it back to the cauldron.  Toss the bone inside to run a test.  The cauldron may react by either glowing or steaming violently.  Not all remains will react.
3. Rune - There may be a single rune hidden in the maze.  The rune is normally invisible and requires the goggles to see.  You can find them in the shed.  There are two modes to the goggles, red and blue.  The rune, if present, will only be visible by the correct color lens.

This version is both a prototype and a demo and the monsters are not included yet.  The full version of the game will include monsters that will gradually get more agitated the longer you linger.
